MUST DO’S
- Always revise the concepts or topics taught in the lecture on the same day
- 11th standard concepts are very important as these concepts are related to nearly each and every chapters of 12th as well (especially physics)
- Chapter like vector in physics is your base for many of the calculations and concepts in the entire physics. If you will ignore this chapter then definitely you will be in big trouble in 12th standard. Every superposition (you will study as your syllabus goes ahead) concepts are directly linked with vectors.
- For biology your prime focus should be on NCERT and that’s it. Unless and until you are done with NCERT for biology don’t go for module theory. First go through the NCERT then practice question from the module ( Aakash or Allen or of any coaching)
- Looking at the current trend, not only for biology but also for chemistry and physics you must read and solve the NCERT multiple times.
- I will suggest you to don’t read coaching modules multiple times because ultimately most of the questions are directly framed from NCERT’s line. If you will read the modules things will become more confusing to you and most of the times this is where the students make mistakes so go for NCERT multiple times.
Mistakes
most of the students commit: -
- Not revising the chapters after the tests.
- You should try to revise those things as well otherwise these topics will become back lock and as the time will pass this is also going to affect your further tests or chapters.
- Best thing to revise those chapters on which test are already conducted is to retest. What i mean to tell here is that either Sunday or any day as per your convenience you should retest these tests so that this will also save your time and you will remember the concepts for long time.
- Most of the times students don’t prepare well for the exams because of certain problems, during this time they try to cover all the things by reading modules and this is where they commits the mistake. Students think that if they will read the module instead of NCERT they will cover all the extra things along with what’s given in NCERT. But believe me as questions are framed from NCERT and the questions choices are very close for that you should remember the each & every line of ncert.so in case you are not well prepared for exams go through the ncert rather than the coaching modules and this will definitely fetch you more marks.
